We spent 30 minutes working on the issue, and the technician was highly responsive, knowledgeable, and very professional. Even though my problem couldn't be fixed due to the boiler's condition, they were incredibly helpful in diagnosing the situation and suggesting a solid resolution. I highly recommend this service if you encounter heating issues.

I strongly advise against this service! I was kept waiting for four days to confirm an appointment, despite explaining my urgent need due to having a young child. They requested pictures and left me hanging for days with poor communication, not clarifying their process. On Tuesday, I was told they aimed to arrive by Wednesday between 10 and 12. When I called for an update today, they mentioned nothing was confirmed yet and questioned if I had made any payment to consider it confirmed. How would I know their procedure if I was not informed? Their professionalism is lacking! I am very disappointed and now have to start over with a different service.
I faced a serious leaking issue with my heating unit after returning from a holiday. I had three plumbers assess the problem, and the third one was Danny. The first two charged me but claimed it wasn’t their area of expertise. Danny was very experienced and professional, quickly identifying the issue and helping to order the necessary part. Although there was a delay in delivery, and due to my shift work, the entire issue took a bit longer to resolve, I truly appreciate his help during this busy time of year. His schedule was quite full as well, and the price was fair.
I am very disappointed to share this, but we hired Danny to fix our heating unit. He seemed knowledgeable, but after his visit, the radiators remained only lukewarm, with one not functioning at all and two only heating at the top. The hot water stopped working due to his adjustments. When I informed him, he promised to come later that day or be our first appointment the next morning. Unfortunately, I had to follow up with him twice the next day, and he repeatedly delayed his arrival, eventually stating he couldn’t reach us in time. I have a three-week-old newborn, which he was aware of, making this level of service shocking. I cannot recommend this service.
Danny responded quickly and managed to fit us in for a boiler service. He also ordered and replaced parts for our underfloor heating, which hadn’t worked for a couple of years, so I truly appreciated his efforts! He even came on a weekend to ensure the job was completed swiftly.
