I received a promotional email that sparked my interest and in the email it said that the LS bats were $50 off. Thought it was a good deal and I had watched a video on this bat from BP Hero and used his code for an additional discount. After I had made the purchase the next day I saw that you were also running a National Bat Day promo where all bats were 50% off for this one day only October 29th. When I inquired about this and why this offer wasnt in the promotional email and if there was anything that could be done to help me out I was told there was nothing that can be done and that was that.Would have hoped for a better response if you are trying to get repeat customers.
