Although the postal service had some issues with my order, the customer support team was incredibly prompt in addressing any concerns and kept me updated throughout the entire process. First parcel went missing on route to me but RDX were very quick to resolve this by sending out a new punch bag. This arrived within 2 days and I have to say I am not disappointed. 10/10 from the team and helping me get the product I ordered.
Great quality kit at good prices and amazing customer service.We ordered a bag, gloves & pads for my son. The kit is good quality.Unfortunately there was an issue with one of the gloves but after emailing RDX it was sorted amazingly quickly and replacements sent to us, along with a follow up email from them to confirm we were happy.All in all, top notch service and highly recommended.
I don’t want to jinx things or anything. I over the past few weeks had lots of q&a over emails with the rdx customer service people (had various people answer emails at various times).I have to say the reliability, speed and guidance from their customer service team people seemed to be consistently badass!Also appreciated them making the effort to eventually ask for my order number to help them give more customised guidance for me in my situation (I had bought one of their beginner vegeterian friendly punch bag and mitts set to donate to a local charity).Thank you guys!Raza :)
I received exceptionally good service from RDX when dealing with an exchange for a head guard that I ordered from their website. The head guard was a gift for my nephew and we had trouble finding one that fitted. The customer service team went out of their way to ensure I received a suitable product.
