Rude service at the Intersport store in Courchevel on Rue Park City for equipment rental. The attendant measured our feet. However, when we tried on the ski boots, they were too tight for me and my three kids. We mentioned this during the fitting, and the attendant, extremely rude, said they were measured with a ruler. After much insistence, he gave us slightly larger boots. The next day, one of my children couldn't walk because they were so tight. So he went back to exchange them. The store manager, a Portuguese man, was rude to my son and daughter, who was with her brother. He rudely refused to give them a larger size, claiming he didn't have any. My kids insisted a lot. And suddenly he easily arrived with the correct size that he had previously said he didn't have. When I went back to return the equipment, the treatment was kind, as if he hadn't been extremely rude to my kids. He gave me the extra day, without charging. However, the rude service to the teenagers when I wasn't there and during the first rental visit were very bad experiences. I recommend the Ski Set equipment rental company in Courchevel; they are super friendly with their customers.

We were doing a Charity Bike ride from London to Paris and encountered a mechanical failure on my daughter’s bike. We were unable to fix the issue with the tools we had with us. We Googled a local bike shop and found the Intersport Neufchatel en Bray store. We cycled to the store. The young man at the repair section was just amazing. He found a correct fitting nut to replace the lost part and was able to get us back on our way all within 10mins….And because he found the part amongst a box of spares- he didn’t charge us anything.We’ve completed our ride to Paris. This would not have been possible without his assistance. We are extremely grateful.I don’t usually take the time to send reviews but I was truly grateful for the assistance and hence have taken the time to write the review.You guys are amazing.🙏
