Review Time
I was told that this company was being used to help the NHS with backlogs. After a poor appointment I needed to call their office. I was told I was 18th in the queue, after hanging on for 20 minutes the line went dead. Service twice as bad as the NHS.
If you can avoid going to this clinic please do so. The staff were incredibly rude and very unprofessional, also as a side note the location of this clinic in Berkshire was not sign posted so it was very confusing trying to find the place. When I did eventually find this clinic I was greeted and very rudely by a lone female with a laptop in the reception area of another building.
Just been for an appointment for removal of a BCC from my face, only to be told the operation could not go ahead because there was no photograph of my shoulder. I explained the BCC was on my face. No photograph of that also. That was bad enough but this is the second time this was a rearranged appointment because photos could not be found on that occasion also. This has also happened before. To get one small BCC removed I will have travelled over 100 miles providing the operation goes ahead next time.
Poor in terms of patient service. The doctor seemed disinterested, he was still wearing an outside coat when he looked at my skin condition, no obvious sign of handwashing. He volunteered little information about my condition except I would have a scar and stitches for the procedure. I had to ask for information which his PA provided because he wasn’t even looking at me. The consultation I had waited three months for lasted no more than 90 seconds. By the way I saw him walk into his office carrying two rolls of toilet paper in the same coat he was wearing on examination. Bizarre.

I was phoned on the evening of the 11th February saying they had a dermotology cancellation at Penkridge HH for the next morning at 8.50. Turned up only to find the clinic closed for refurbishment. Tried phoning only to be cut of on numerous occasions. Also emailed, no reply. How can head office not know clinic is closed?
Very pleased with the Staffordshire health harmony dermatologist.. I had a lady doctor and she was very informative and placed a plan of action for me. My only problem was it was an hour journey away from me so a two hour round trip which is ridiculous.
