I’m honestly not sure where to start because I am 100% unsatisfied with this product. The quality and effectiveness were extremely disappointing. I was prescribed a three-month supply — starting at 20 units the first month, then 40 units for the next two months. After 60 days at 40 units, I only lost two pounds. I eat well and work out often and sit in the sauna. It’s not my lifestyle. It’s this water down product ! SMGI hit a major plateau because the dosage never increased, and now I’m stuck paying hundreds of dollars for something that simply doesn’t work. I say this as someone who has tried other services with success — this one is by far the worst.The product feels like plain water. If anything, it made me feel sick and provided absolutely no visible results. To make matters worse, several of my friends who signed up after my recommendation had the same disappointing experience.And to top it all off, when I decided to cancel, the company didn’t even ask why. No one cared, no one offered support, and there was no attempt to schedule a call or retain me as a customer. They simply took my $600, sent a confirmation email saying “thank you for choosing us,” and disappeared.I will never recommend this company. Save your money — there are far better, more reputable options out there that actually value their customers and deliver results.
