The big, centered "end chat" button - bad

I was chatting with Angelique and twice mistook the big, centered 'end chat' button for the little send button on the right. The second time I couldn't reconnect. Had to retrace the Google trail to find a familiar phone # and I called that. The operator was very helpful and I think I was able to get the coverage I was looking for. Remember, you are dealing with old folks here.
