I love exploring plans independently, and I found all the information I needed on the site. I tried a few other platforms, but they didn't provide all the details I was looking for. I appreciated the ability to compare various plans.
The whole process was extremely easy, thanks to Tim. He was available anytime of the day and any day of the week. The customer service is outstanding! He answered every question and explained things thoroughly. He did all the work. I can only say that I hope your company continues because we will be using it every year.
I was chatting with Angelique and twice mistook the big, centered 'end chat' button for the little send button on the right. The second time I couldn't reconnect. Had to retrace the Google trail to find a familiar phone # and I called that. The operator was very helpful and I think I was able to get the coverage I was looking for. Remember, you are dealing with old folks here.
