I have problems getting to sleep every night even though I'm tired I find Healthy metal really does help me drift off to sleep although I generally have to take 2 or 3 sachets to do this The only negative to that in taking more than the recommended ammount does leave my bowels very loose and runny One thing I would say is I love the citrus flavour of these drinks
