Good product no joke

This product is amazing it really works I drink it in a one .5 liter bottle of water every night before sleep it really does help you relax I have really high anxiety levels thanks to heathy metal my anxiety has been a lot less noticable in years I would recommend anyone who struggles with anxiety to try healthy metel or struggle s to sleep it dose everything it says on the website

Highly recommend!!

Absolutely fabulous company and wonderful product! I have introduced this to my daughter and friend also. The powder tastes fine and the result was instant. It helps to induce a better sleep and taken an hour or 2 before bed has this positive effect.The communication is brilliant! I put the wrong address down for my original free sample and had a reply from my email to say, not to worry and another sample was sent out! You don’t get that kindness and customer service very often! Thanks to a great team and company for a fab product !
