Review Time
I have been a regular customer and buying the same products over time so you get to notice the Freshness of the products deteriorating each time you make a new purchase. We are talking about a few months time frame of this year. For example I wish I had photos to compare the buckwheat that I bought from earlier in the year and my very recent purchase one was bright green and the other was very pale in colour so it wasn’t looking fresh. I didn’t make a fuss so I won’t be buying them again. I complained about the pumpkin seeds that they sent me. They were not fresh and some were rotten too. They are making me carry a 2kg bag of pumpkin seeds to the shop to return them. I am in my 60s with bad arms that’s why I use their online company so I don’t have to carry it home! No sympathy whatsoever. So once I return it , I hope you won’t be reselling it because it belongs in the bin.And one final thing, I suggest you check your products and how you store them so see if they are in still good condition before sending them out to customers because it saves everyone time and money. I know what am talking about because I use to work in the wholesale food trade in the customer services and we have a no quarrel policy because we don’t want anyone getting ill.
I placed an order for 5 x 1kg bags of flour. Paid for delivery but still took 9 days to arrive. When it did arrive the packages were all dated for January 2026 which is a month away. Contacted the customer services to express that this isn't acceptable and was told that it's up to the customer to contact them ahead of time to ask for the expiry date of products. Never have I had to email a company before hand to ensure what I am purchasing isn't short dated, every other company I have ordered from moves these items to clearance and advises the customer upfront. Now I am expected to return these items out of my own time.I wont be ordering from this company again
Choice by Healthy Supplies to select EVRI as their preferred contracted courier service for home delivery of online orders; has proven to be an on going fatal mistake. EVRI have since 2019 demonstrated on every delivery failures of (1) NEVER leaving package in safe place [always dumped in public insecure location] (2) NEVER talking on intercom to gain electronic door security access into my building.Healthy Supplies should cancel EVRI contract and sign with honest and trustworthy courier like DPD [who have radically improved their service standard on communicated safe place delivery location].Healthy Supplies provide an excellent range of high quality products at excellent value prices. Order fulfilment timing is prompt and backed up by quick efficient emailed customer account information.However, EVRI poor service behaviour does contravene and disgrace Healthy Supplies stated "Customer Service Delivery Service Standards" on their website.EVRI are damaging Helthy Supplies good commercial corporate reputation.
