Review Time
Most of my order was out of stock despite the site showing that a number were available at the time of ordering and it annoyed me even more that I was only told this AFTER they dispatched other items because I only purchased them to supplement the ‘out of stock’ items I really wanted - and it was too late to cancel. I told them this but there was no good-will gesture, like a postage refund. Instead, I ended up paying postage that was not the good value it would have been for a full order.,On the plus side, what I did get was well packed - but I wouldn’t take a chance on ordering again as I was left feeling very let down and unhappy.
On Friday last week the courier for my parcel left it at the wrong house outside in the rain and then emailed me to say it had been delivered. I had no way of finding it as I was not sent the delivery photo. I sent messages and left phone messages to both the courier and Healthy Supplies on Friday and over the weekend and then again today. The response has been very slow and not helpful at all. The issue is still unresolved. I have been a customer for a long time but this experience has been very disappointing.You have asked for an order number and this is the only way I can see to give it to you as your company email for problem resolution is totally unresponsive. Fermented and Inedible FigsI recently ordered dried figs (Batch Number 137517) from Health Suppliers, and I'm extremely disappointed with the quality.When the bag arrived, I tried one fig but immediately noticed it tasted odd and was excessively dried out - so hard I couldn't chew it properly. Concerned, I opened several more figs to check, and discovered they were all fermented. There was a spider web-like substance inside them (likely mould), and every fig I checked had the same problem.I contacted Health Suppliers immediately, providing the batch number. They took several days to respond, and when they did, they simply said they'd checked the product and found "nothing wrong with it." This response was incredibly disappointing - clearly something was very wrong with this batch.Whilst I'm not bothered about the £11.95 refund, I am concerned about food safety and quality control. These figs were clearly not fit for consumption, and the dismissive response from customer service was unacceptable.Warning to others: Please check your figs carefully before consuming. If you notice any unusual smell, texture, or webbing inside, do not eat them.I cannot recommend this supplier based on this experience. The product quality was poor, and their unwillingness to acknowledge the problem or offer any resolution is concerning.I wish I could upload the photos here.Would not purchase again.
Have not heard anything, order placed and paid 5th Dec, had a look and says it’s still waiting to be shipped, 3 tubes of Australian tea tree cream, if you don’t have it stock, can you refund me please?Just checked website and they say they are out of stock, they took my money, no email to state it was out of stock, 😡Update: Received an email today stating they had emailed me twice and it may of gone to my junk. I check my junk mail everyday due to expecting deliveries due to Xmas. No emails were received. Thank you for sending the one this morning and for your below comment. One question, when I looked at the status of my order, why did it say waiting to be shipped?Thanks
Old stock 6 days shelf life won’t be ordering again. Contacted them and apparently I ticked a box to say I would be happy with a short shelf life. I don’t remember that. But usually when I buy vegan products they have excellent life span. Not from here really disappointed. Emailed them and not bothered have too many customers to be concerned about me. Thanks for the voucher but I won’t be using and I gave the joint to the fox on my field as she was hungry.
Just wanted to say how great Healthy Supplies have been. I love their products, which always arrive fresh and in the best condition. Recently my order was lost by Evri and was immediately re-supplied by the company at no extra cost.
