I would give zero marks for Unhealthy Supplies if I could. I ordered 2 kilos of dates which turned out to be from Bolivia, they were tiny shrivelled,dry and just bits of date. I tried to contact Unhealthy Supplies about the unacceptable delay in my parcel arriving. They do not answer calls but I eventually received a couple of extremely rude and dismissive emails from Dom, who copped an attitude with me. Do not buy from this company. Unhealthy supplies combined with Evri (parcel gets lost ) is a recipe for disaster.
Ordered 10kg of hazelnuts which I regularly order from other suppliers. This was my first and last time with Healthy Supplies.The hazelnuts were much smaller than normal, more like pellets than nuts, and had no flavour. My family refused to eat them. I have had great difficulty getting satisfaction in this matter. Dom, Health Supplies, I felt was dismissive of my complaint, and was determined to haggle (not apologising but charging me for the nuts that I taken out of the box - to cook). I found his response as distasteful as the hazelnuts, and frankly even insulting. Thankfully I purchased the below par product via PayPal so I have consumer protection. It is currently in dispute. I will not be using Healthy Supplies again under any circumstances. I order 10kg bags of hazelnuts every few months, and 20kg boxes of brazil nuts twice a year.
Products were great - as expected. I deducted one star because the box used to package my order was completely bashed up when it arrived. No damage to the contents (nuts, seeds and grains) but anything small in the box would have fallen out and been lost.
Many thanks for your help sending me my hair colour and taking action ASAP when Evri lost it. Although after complaining to Evri they delivered my new order very promptly and followed the same instructions thar I have always typed on the delivery form. Thanks again.RegardsBridget Dolores Drake
