Waiting on my withdrawal since 29th November. Egnored by payments since 30th Nov please help me get my money I honestly won. Noone should have to wait over 2 weeks for there winnings. All my details and documents where excepted by Daniella in payments on the 30th November. Had to send bank statements an all. I done every thing asked of me and I want my money.
Such liars. DO NOT DEPOSIT HERE! They will do EVERYTHING they can to not pay out including calling comps free chips when in their terms they specifically say a deposit must be made between 2 THATS TWO COMP redemption. But if you win with comps they will then deny your withdrawal and tell you used multiple free chips. Also, BEWARE OF THEIR TACTICS. If you have a pending withdrawal with them, just block all their emails. The reason they have such a long waiting time for approval is because they will keep sending you free spins. DO NOT CLICK THEM! It's another trick they use to void out your winnings. Once you click the redeem or claim tab it'll automatically take you to the coupon screen and claim it for you. If you have any pending withdrawals they will deny your withdrawal request almost immediately after claim your free spins. DON'T FALL FOR THIS TRICK!!! They've also used this method to screw me so I'm going to warn EVERYONE! BETTER JUST TO AVOID THESE SCAM/SCUM ARTISTS. OH YEAH! ALSO, DONT FALL FOR THOSE FREE CHIP EMAILS! It won't mention anything about a Min. Dep. so once you deposit and redeem them, they'll deny your winnings by either saying you didn't deposit the min $30 or they won't honor the terms of the coupon. Oh yeah, I have screenshots, saved convos with live chats, have emails, and screen recordings. I'll be happy share them with anyone.
I deposited with no bonuses, straight deposit using my bank account and I won fair and square. And prior to depositing I asked their chat staff if withdrawls to bank account is something they do and they assured me that I can. I've attempted over 10 times and it's been over a month they are refusing to send my money via wire transfer which there's no limitations or as one of the emails I got "However, we regret to inform you that we are currently unable to process wire transfer payments due to unforeseen circumstances". Although I enjoy playing on their but they need to pay players out and shut shop because alot of illegal activity on their end. But they'll strip anything because of the smallest thing. Yet they're the ones that are committing the illegal acts. And specially asking for very personal and legal documents which is all provided to verify the account. But they shouldn't be asking for things like that if they're going to play the silly goose game because they've essentially stolen my identity. So something need to be done about this casino ASAP before it starts costing many other victims. They only want to payout using crypto based? I didn't deposit with crypto and their own staff assured me that I can withdrawl to my bank.
