I spent £90 on two hoodies for Christmas gifts. One was acceptable, but the second was of poor quality and seemed like a reject. The arm lengths were uneven, and it didn't fit properly. I've tried reaching out to customer service, but they have ignored my emails. It's been impossible to contact anyone. I recommend avoiding this and just spending a little less on something better.

The product quality is excellent, and the customer service was incredibly fast and efficient when a pair of socks was missing. They arrived the next day just in time for Christmas. My husband loves these socks, and now I know what to get him for the holidays. Thank you to the team!
I appreciate how warm and thick the socks, hat, and gloves are. The hat and gloves have a lovely soft lining, but the socks feel a bit rough inside. It's unfortunate that the women's socks only come in one size, as they are a bit small for me. I bought the gloves in a large, and they are slightly short on my fingers. My main concern is the stitching quality; the inner lining of the socks is peeling off, and there’s loose threading on the hat. I'm apprehensive about washing them.

Unfortunately, my parcel was left outside and taken by someone, but the company quickly sent a replacement. The customer service team was incredibly helpful. I'm definitely ordering again and have asked for thermal gloves for Christmas!
These are lovely and warm, but they develop holes quickly. After just a few wears, it's the same issue across all four pairs I own. I initially thought it was bad luck, but it keeps happening. They are not cheap, so I won't be purchasing them again.
