Very welcoming, not too much. Polite and helpful. Showed me what I’d asked to see. Even put them in an earring holder thing so I could see what they looked like up against my ear. Couldn’t do enough to show me other items if I wanted. Very very pleasant experIence Highly recommend

I bought a Rotary Heritage Astoria on line from Beaverbrooks, it had a white dial with gold bracelet and was reduced from £199 to £159. I ordered it on Sunday 8/2/26 and it was delivered the next day.
I have bought a couple of Citizen Eco-drive watches over the years and the last Rotary I bought was in 2010. This watch is possibly the best looking watch I have ever bought. The service I received from Beaverbrooks was excellent and I am really over the moon with my purchase.
