I called for s. appointment with my usual technician, Heidi She was unable to accommodate me. I told her it was my birthday and could I come in the next day. She couldn’t but called me back within a few minutes. One of the other technicians, Tony, would take me. I was so happy they were able to fit me in their schedule. Tony did a great job on my nails. They’re very nice at Heidi’s Nail Lab and all their technicians are very talented. I couldn’t be happier with them. I’ve been going there almost two years.
Always always always a 5 star experience. I have been going to Heidi’s since the beginning of this year, and they are the only salon whose nails can last 5+ weeks. The retention is always so amazing and they’re always willing to try new things and they turn out great every time!
