Extremely rude service, disappointing experience

My spouse visited a local salon for her first haircut in three years. The stylist was a young woman who was incredibly rude, making insulting comments about my wife's hair. I've been a customer at this salon for a long time, but now I will be cutting my own hair. Very disappointing.

Terrible wait times

This is the worst system ever. I checked in at 10:30 but didn't get called for a haircut until 12:30, two hours later. I've been a loyal customer for years, and they really need to improve their process. I will not be returning; there are other places that provide better service for the same price.

Disastrous haircut experience

I've been a loyal customer for years, usually satisfied with my haircuts. However, my latest visit was a disaster. I specifically asked the stylist to confirm the clipper guard size, and she provided the wrong information. Despite my correction, she proceeded with the cut, resulting in a terrible haircut. This has been my third bad experience at this location, and I wouldn't recommend it.

Horrible experience overall

This was the worst experience I've ever had. They made me brush my hair, refused to take me, and covered my face with a towel so I couldn't breathe. The water was scalding hot, and I felt bullied after leaving. Very upsetting.

Overpriced and underwhelming

I was quoted $45 for a cut and style, which is excessive. The stylists seemed to lack proper skills, with uneven cuts and rough handling during the wash. I need to grow my hair out and hope to find a better salon in the future. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Unprofessional behavior at the location

The staff at this location exhibited completely unprofessional behavior. After applying for a job, I was told I wasn't a good fit without proper explanation. When I confronted the manager, I faced accusations that were completely unfounded. This experience was outrageous.
