Excellent quality, best sleep magnesium I've ever tried.

I ordered the Lugol's Iodine 12%, Magnes1ium Chloride Hexahydrate and Magnesium Bisglycinate Powder. It arrived quickly considering that is was dispatched form the EU, and was well packaged.I already know the Lugol's Iodine is precisely what I need, I've been using Heiltropfen 7% Lugol's for years with amazing results, especially when combined with Celtic Sea Salt.At night, I take apple cider vinegar (with the Mother) along with a good D3 & K2 supplement and this has helped a little with sleep.Four nights ago I started adding the Magnesium Bisglycinate to this routine and within an hour had gritty eyes and the unstoppable yawns. That night, and every night since, I've slept like I do it for a living.Absolutely Godly sleep, and I feel rested and refreshed in the mornings.
