Over a week and still no delivery

I placed an order over a week ago and still haven't received my order.They really ought to send their goods by a tracked service and provide a tracking number. I now have to wait another week before chasing again.

Outstanding Service by Preservation Equipment Ltd!

Great support when ordering

I had the email about the new PEL catalogue, which prompted me to put in an order for items I already knew I needed. Then I ordered the catalogue - free, but a small charge for P & P. Today I had a follow up email. Mandy had spotted the two orders, added the catalogue to the main order and cancelled the postage charge. Joined up thinking by a real person is SO rare these days that I was simply delighted. Thank you!

Ghosted as soon as partial order arrived

Made an order a year ago and it arrived with something missing. Been contacting them throughout the year to either get a refund or have it sent again with no response. Don't waste your time with this company.**Edit: I can assure you I wouldn't make things up, and I can see that you've tried to get this review removed. The optic lense was delivered quickly…

The optic lense was delivered quickly and in good packaging, the opti visor is a good headband and the Da number 5 is excellent for painting.
