We arranged a scenic tour for our family and were divided into two groups of three. The two pilots were fantastic overall. They were very friendly and professional, providing explanations about the Delta as we soared above it. I would highly recommend them anytime.
Incredible experience yet again. The guide was outstanding, blending knowledge with humor, and he pointed out numerous animals we overlooked. He also helped us locate our friends who were fishing. 😁 Experiencing the Delta from the air with the doors removed is truly remarkable; I highly recommend this service. We participated in the Elephant Havens experience out of a local area. The pilot took great care of us in the helicopter. We observed numerous animals on the way to the haven, where they rescue orphaned elephants. An amazing experience.
Two individuals, who were incredibly helpful. The flight to my camp was pleasant, with a friendly pilot who eased my nerves. However, my transfer to the hotel didn't arrive. These two took it upon themselves to arrange my transfer and made me feel comfortable. They consistently smiled and assured me everything was sorted. I've never encountered such professionalism from a service before. Well done to the team.
