Trespass click and collect is so useful. Such a shame my local store is closing down but hopefully it will re-open nearby!!! I have purchased a few items and will be back for more as happy with price and quality!
Bought some wellies for my daughter at christmas, she wears them once a week, in less than a month, one had already split. Id call that not fit for purpose. Ive emailed the company a few times since, and received no respoonse for 3 weeks now. Dissappointed as i thought trespass were a good company with decent products, this has made a crater in my confidence in them
Bought a pair of "waterproof hydro guard" hiking boots 1 year ago. Took it on two holidays. On the second holiday they werent waterproof anymore. Wrote Trespass numerous times now within the 1 year warrenty... no answer. Simply getting ignored. TERRIBLE customer care

I ordered two pinafore dresses but received the grey ones instead of the vine. I sent several emails requesting the correct items, but I haven't received any response. I refuse to return them only for you to deduct from my total when this mistake is your fault. It's truly disappointing given that you're supposed to be a reliable seller. The customer service is shocking; I feel completely ignored. The phone line is never answered, despite claims of responses within 48 hours—it's simply not true as they don't respond at all.
I ordered a coat and initially loved the fit, but upon closer inspection, I noticed numerous finishing flaws. I reached out via email to address these issues but received no response. Consequently, I opted to return the item for a refund, only to incur a £3 return fee.
I didn't receive any dispatch notification. When I reached out to the support team via email, it took two weeks for them to respond. By then, I had already received my delivery. Fortunately, there were no updates on the website either. However, the returns process was straightforward; I simply took it back to the store, which earned a star back.
I picked up a jacket that boldly proclaimed “WAS £335.99” on the tag. I initially thought I had stumbled into a high-end section, but then remembered I was on the company's site. Out of curiosity, I checked other retailers, and it seems no one has ever purchased this jacket for that price. The pricing feels like a joke. The jacket itself is fine, but the pricing is quite amusing.
