On 30 October, a payment was made to my account by my business partner as usual, but to my shock, that transfer never appeared in my account. After waiting a day, I contacted customer support, which I found to be utterly ineffective. One representative assured me she would escalate the issue, yet as of 23 November, nothing has changed. Another transfer on 17 November also failed to reflect. I once doubted complaints about this service, but after being with them since 2019, I can confirm my frustrations. I advise others to steer clear of this service until they establish a physical presence for addressing issues. Everything is done online, and if they claim your issue has been escalated, be prepared to wait indefinitely. A manager promised assistance, but my trust has eroded. What’s the point of having support if issues remain unresolved? This service is a significant disappointment.

I have decided to move my funds and will soon close my account. I used to ignore the warning signs about this service until I started experiencing issues with my funds. My account was compromised, resulting in significant losses.
After a long wait on hold, the consultant disconnected the call. I attempted to request a call back, but received no response. I need my money back, which is still marked due. We work hard for our money, and this service feels like a scam. I wish I had read the reviews before opening an account. If I don’t receive my funds today, I will take this to every social media platform, as this is a serious issue.
