Good communication when my tickets didn’t arrive on the morning of Raye concert and sorted out within 3 hours. I think i would have been more stressed had I been travelling from further away. Considering I had bought tickets that had no allocation on them other than ‘lower tier’ we were delighted with the outcome- 3 rows from the front with an excellent view.
We ordered our tickets to the Six Nations match Scotland vs. England by end of September. About 500€ per tickets. Today, the day of the match, was the rude awakening. We did not receive any tickets. We tried to reach out, but there was no help from them at all.
So we strongly recommend not ordering any tickets there.
I raised concerns about the incorrect fixture date of a match immediately after purchase: I received no meaningful response for weeks, which caused concern. Eventually I lost faith and asked for my Right to Reject. During that period, I was repeatedly sent automated emails demanding action by completing 'the form', while my questions went unanswered.
However, the online portal does not work if you do not have all information, for example 2 participants were minors and did not have passports. I could not complete this field in the form, therefore could not submit. Customer service was absolutely awful and dismissive. The situation arose entirely due to Hellotickets’ failure to engage within a reasonable timeframe, not due to any action or inaction on my part. Hellotickets referenced terms and conditions as a reason why I was unable to have a Right to Reject, however, UK consumer law requires that services be delivered with reasonable care, skill, and timeliness. In this case, that standard was not met. Eventually 5 digital tickets arrived the day before the match with 5 random names. The whole process was not good for me and I would not use this provider again. I was also heavily out of pocket!
When searching ticketmaster, it took me to this site instead. I didn't realise until purchase was made that it was the incorrect site. I have tried to cancel tickets but they will not let me. Furthermore, it states that the tickets may not be released until the day! Now contacting my credit card company.
This was my first experience with the service, and it went very well! I purchased the tickets in Brazilian Reais and made the payment via PIX in Brazil. The only minor issue was accessing the tickets on the app, which isn't available here. However, the support team directed me to use the website instead, and it turned out to be simple and straightforward.
I participated in a 'tour' in Lebanon through a service that ended up being a letdown. The 'guide' was actually just a taxi driver who took me, the only participant, in his old vehicle to the destination and left me to walk to the lake by myself. He mentioned he had a sore knee. Additionally, the promised lunch was canceled because the restaurant was closed. Consequently, we returned three hours earlier than expected. Overall, it was a completely disappointing experience.
