Exceptional Support During Setup!

The support I received during the setup was outstanding! Initially, I was unsure about spending the monthly fees, but once everything was operational, it turned out to be the best investment I've made in a long time! Michael, the regional manager!

Michael, the regional manager, is very helpful. I had to dealt with Handheld issue over months with tech support and I was about to gave up!! Anyhow, he got in touch with me just to check up and I told the problem. He took care of the problem make everything straight within the week. He even came on site and make sure. I really appreciate his hardwork and effort. I’m so glad we have him by our side!!!

Adding items and buttons to your system

I was having issues with a credit card issue at both places for 4 days that never got resolved. I kept being sent to a different department and told they would get back with me. Hours and/or days later they did! That’s been resolved after calling daily. Then I needed assistance with adding buttons, groups etc… to the system. Told someone would call me back 3 hours later. In the interim I reached out to Chris Jones a rep who I had only spoken to a couple times. He immediately returned my call. I explained the issues I was having and the help I needed and the lack of time I had to wait around for a call. He immediately said he could help me right now. He literally sent a zoom call to me. Had lots of patience with me. Walked me through step by step and not only answered all my questions and concerns but took the time to show me along the way! He was very patient with me and genuinely cared about getting things taken care of. He was very helpful and after 45 minutes with me, the issues were resolved and I got exactly what I needed accomplished! Top notch service!
