Wisp made it SO quick and easy to treat my UTI. Anyone who has had a UTI knows how extremely uncomfortable they are, so it was a huge relief to get treatment without leaving my house. I will definitely continue to use Wisp for UTI treatment and any other treatment I may need.
This is such a great option for busy, working mother's that just need a little help. I get a random UTI once-two times a year, and making a doctor's appointment and peeing in a cup just for them to tell me what I already know and then give me antibiotics is truly such a hassle lol. I work full time, and just had my second baby so being able to order the medicine I need online and pick it up on my lunch break is phenomenal.
I ordered a medication and saw the time frame it would have came and wanted to cancel I emailed the company immediately it wasn’t even 2 minutes and told them to please cancel the medication before it gets shipped out to me because I no longer need it. They proceed to tell me it was already looked over and shipped which was incorrect because I received a shipment detail days later. I suggest Amazon healthcare because you are able to cancel even in regular pharmacies you are able to cancel do not recommend.
I woke up with a UTI and had to go into work. I could not take the time to go into a doctors office for something I knew I just needed an antibiotic for. Using Wisp was so easy and hassle free. I filled out the information and submitted it and while I was on my way to work I got the notification that it was approved and the prescription was submitted to my pharmacy. The longest part of the whole process was waiting in line at Walgreens
to pick up my prescription. I would definately use Wisp again and recommend it to others.
Wisp has gone significantly downhill to the point they're unusable and highly dangerous if you're experiencing a time sensitive medical issue. A simple prescription to treat a UTI ended up taking over 5 days to get to the pharmacy correctly because of their incompetence and it nearly cost me a trip to the ER. Their chat service takes hours and hours between every reply, when you're simply trying to resolve the errors they've made, there's no number to call, and they truly don't care about your health. Go elsewhere.
The first couple transactions were fine but all of a sudden the charges at the pharmacy are outrageous and different everytime even though I get the same thing. Just go to a gynecologist and see a REAL ACCREDITED doctor. They're not accredited with the Better Business Bureau. They don't refund when the cost at the pharmacy is too high and I'm no longer a loyal customer. The person who responded to me about wanting a refund was rude and careless and I'm not going to let these fake doctors keep stealing my money when I can't afford the medicine which is the whole reason for this websites existence, "affordable birth control", at the pharmacy. Very scammy.
Wisp simplifies the birth control process remarkably. I place my prescription order every three months for $15, and it is sent to my pharmacy for pickup. It's that easy. Plus, thanks to my insurance, I incur no additional costs. It's genuinely a lifesaver.
This service is a complete scam. Their claims of 24-hour, same-day, or 3-5 hour delivery are utterly false. I submitted a request at 5 AM, and over 24 hours later, all I received was an email apologizing for the backlog. They should not advertise same-day prescriptions, especially for something as urgent as a UTI. I initially chose this online option to avoid the long wait at urgent care, but in hindsight, I would have received my prescription much faster there. Now, I'm out of money, still in pain, and forced to visit urgent care anyway, where I'll have to pay more and wait longer. I will never use this service again and cannot recommend it to anyone. It's better to go to a physical facility.
My initial experience with the service a year ago was outstanding; I received my UTI prescription by the next morning without any issues. It was completely seamless. However, my recent experience was disappointing. I didn’t have a provider review my case within 24 hours, and when I contacted customer support for updates, I was informed they were quite busy. It's frustrating, especially since I had previously recommended this service to friends. I ended up using another online provider, where my case was reviewed, approved, and my prescription was sent and filled within 13 hours. I suspect the holiday season may have impacted their service, but timely care is crucial for UTI treatment. I hope this feedback helps improve future holiday services for others.
