I was not able to attend a scheduled meeting (jerry Baker) today at 11:30 - No agents are available.This is the second time this has happened in the last two weeks. My contact messages don't receive a response. I am beginning to believe your support is bogus.Perhaps you have a paid support program. If so please give me the subscription process.
Office 2019It was a simple purchase. Once completed, I received a couple of emails. One had my Product Key, the other, instructions on how to downloand and install. They were simple, easy to use and from start to finish, probably took me about 15 minutes. Not the first time I've used and everything also works as once installed
purchased a license for Windows 11 pro. received email with a "Null" license number. have reached out many times with no response from company. there are better less expensive places on the internet to purchase your licenses. My experience had me shop elsewhere.
RUN! I've had so many issues since I paid for this Microsoft Office. Each time my account randomly locks or has issues, they send me a new login. After telling them I can't access my account over the past two days when working on a strict deadline, they gave me a new login and instructions on how to download Office again. That worked for a minute if I upload my files from my SSD to the cloud, but it won't let me download office. And if I try to open a any Office products on my SSD, it tells me I have to purchase Office. Since I have a deadline, I have to re-upload everything I need to work on from my SSD into the cloud. UGH. Not hearing back from their support, I tried logging out and logging back in. Then it said I need to request access to each of my files that I uploaded to Office 365 since I can't work off my files on my SSD. I got nervous and wanted to start deleting everything since they won't respond to me and there's something super fishy going on that I need to request access to my own files. But of course I can't delete anything. Since I haven't heard back from them and their staff only works bankers hours, while I'm trying to figure a work around, I see someone else clearly has access to my files. (These are all my files by the way, which nobody else has ever had access or would ever need access to). I see all my files are accessed by someone else in what looks to be Vietnamese and I still can't access any of them. So I emailed again and asked what is really going on and why can't I access any of the files they forced me to upload if I wanted to meet my deadline. And suddenly while nobody allegedly works after 6PM on Friday, all my files are suddenly deleted. I find it hard to believe this allegedly "American" company with "American" staff has any reason to note that I've edited my own documents in any language other than English. And if nobody works there after 6PM on Friday or responds to emails, why are all my files deleted when I sent an email saying something fishy is going on with someone in Vietnam accessing my files? Save your money and buy the real product from a trusted vendor.
