Not a good experience so far. I uploaded many private documents they request. There is no info on privacy and security and data protection. On who handles the docs and how exactly. There is no way to offload or delete the docs once uploaded. Many requests to delete the docs under data protection receive no reply. You can ‘close’ the profile, but it can be re-opened anytime and the docs remain. All for nothing too as the site continues to ask by email for the same docs I have uploaded, wrongly saying the file is incomplete. Overall, we are finding it spammy and unsafe.
