Thank you to Melissa at henparty.ie who helped organised the best hen party, two nights in Athlone. She was so easy to deal with and nothing was too big a problem, she had everything organised down to a T for us, and everyone especially the bride had the best time.Thank you Melissa.
I couldnt fault this company! They were all more than helpful. It was my first time organising a hen so had no clue where to begin but I was put at ease straight away. I was dealing with mainly Jenny but anyone I spoke with were fantastic and made our day/night go off perfect! Great price and great help. Highly recommend!
From the moment I received the information everything ran smoothly.Its such a great company to deal with, no request was too big or small. Everything was covered for us, hotel, activity, meal etc so it left us free to just enjoy the weekend.The bride had a fantastic weekend.Would definitely recommend henparty to friends and family.Great service.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Dealt with Karen and when responded to her email I received an automated response saying that she was no longer available at this email. So I emailed another 2 email addresses with no response. Then I received another email from Karen wondering if I had any questions, to which I received the "no longer available email" again. Tried calling the number to continuously get the voicemail where nobody called back.Eventually I did receive an email - told them we were looking to book straight away due to time limits and asked a couple of questions - nearly a week later and still no response. We have booked through another company now and definitely would NOT recommend this company. They never give a straight answer and you cannot get speaking to any of them properly.
Very poor communication, take days to answer emails and when they do your questions are not answered or you are passed onto someone else to start the process again! Their prices are way overpriced you can definitely get cheaper by booking everything yourself. Definitely very poor customer service!

The hen party itself was a huge success. Everything went according to plan and was very well organised and anyone that we dealt with were so friendly and helpful.
