Ridiculous prices

The price we paid for the services we received was outrageous. Enjoying ourselves was our own doing and nothing to do with henparty.ie, I would not recommend using this company as you would get so much better value by going direct to each business.Considering the prices paid - we expected much more from the services

Terrible service

Terrible service. Laura and myself have exchanged numerous emails...through which she gave me quotes for incorrect events, and told me that we couldn't have a call because she was working from home and her dogs were barking "ALL DAY LONG" her emails were insanely unprofessional and I would never ever use this service. Disappointed is an understatement. We are in such a time crunch to organise this hen and she was little to no help! Will be using another hen provider.

I have been trying to deal with Laura…

I have been trying to deal with Laura on this page for last few weeks to organise a hen end of august by email and phone every time I rang I was on hold for over 30mins and never answered also took 3/5 days to reply to emails and to be sent just automated email back not related to my questions at all not a good way to run any business organisation of this special day is stressful enough without being let down by a company you would like to put your trust in to help you I would 100% NOT recommend using this company not helpful at all

Scam artists - Avoid!!

We had a hen booked with Henparty.ie for early April which has been cancelled due to the country going into lock down and they are only offering us a refund of 40% of what we paid!!!! We are not getting what we paid for so are entitled to a refund. It is so wrong and breaks their terms and conditions. We will be taking this further!!
