From the very first email Laura could not have done enough for me, any question I had she answered in great detail! I gave her my ideas for activities and she came back to me in a few hours with the different packages available. There was some people who could only do one night or just the activity and no scenario was an issue! The whole weekend went off so well, everything was in walking distance so we did not need to worry about taxis or getting home. We stayed in carrick on Shannon and the house, food, drinks and activities were all 10/10! I will definitely use hen party.ie again!
Organised a stag party with Laura's help and honestly she was fantastic! Cannot recommend her enough. Anytime I had a question it was answered promptly so overall the communication was excellent. Even when there was an issue with the booking (which was my fault!) Laura resolved it very quickly. I know it takes a lot of work to do what Laura does and I really appreciated it. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
Overall, I found the process of organising the hen stress free as Melissa was excellent at clarifying information, getting in contact with etc. There were no issues for the weekend and everything ran efficiently. The location was ideal and hotel was perfect. Thank you very much 👍🏼🥰
Jenny and Eoin were very helpful when I needed information. The hotel was nice. We cancelled the meal as the menu given to us was very limited, we booked another restaurant ourself. The bar with bubbly was nice too but we chose not to go to the nightclub as it was for younger people. We found a late bar that was lovely.
I organised my hen with Henparty.ie and in particular I was dealing with Melissa. She was fantastic from start to finish and the day and night went off without a hitch from the activity to the meal to the night club. She took the stress away from planning and organising.
