My experience with Henry has been great. He shows what kind of work it really takes and the amount of volume you need to put out to do well in the business. He’s shared underwriting and follow up templates and is extremely good at making himself available to answer questions.
He has taught me you have to cut to the chase and look at every opportunity as if you were going to buy it personally. You have to go and hunt everyday, because the work isn’t going to come to you. He also shares the tools and systems to execute just that, to get the results to compete with seasoned brokers.
Henry is a hyperactive top 1% broke who teaches by example. He is extremely knowledgeable and more than willing to give back the effort you put into his program. In addition, his energy is contagious and helps to push you out of your comfort zone. I would highly recommend his program to any serious broker.

Henry is the real deal when it comes to a real estate coach.
