Completely disappointing experience... the item looks nothing like the pictures and the material is entirely different from what was described. It feels like a scam... I paid £36 and only received a 20% goodwill gesture instead of a return option, which would have been too costly due to customs. I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller.

The support team claimed they would help, but I never received any follow-up. After three emails, I got no responses, and the provided phone number seems fake. Supposedly a foreign company, so nothing local about it. I sent a final request through the website, only to receive the rudest response I've ever encountered from a retailer. I plan to involve my bank to secure a refund. You’d be better off shopping elsewhere, where customer service is honest and the quality is superior.
