Review Time
I received a beautiful coat as a gift for Christmas. It unfortunately was too large. This coat, as it was a gift, was delivered prior to Christmas, but nonetheless started the 30 day return policy (having never purchased from Simon before- this all came as a surprise anyway). By the time I received the information from the giver - the 30 day return window had expired. Now I am the owner of an item I will never be able to use- and this company- instead of having gained a happy new shopper is receiving a 1-star review… I am unlikely to shop here and would proactively warn others from shopping there as well.
I wonder why this corporation does not have the customer’s best experience in mind when coming up with these arbitrary windows for service?
They did not get to be a giant retail marketplace by building customer relationships for sure…
Too bad… I just wanted the coat in a petite size…
Please, if you have the choice, shop some where you will be appreciated.
I made a purchase of two products, and five days later, one of the products was removed from my order. As a result, I was charged for shipping on the remaining product, even though the product that was removed was still being advertised as in stock. So I don't understand why they removed it.
