I ordered some waterproof shoes but have not received them. I emailed the company, but there was no response. Their website shows a 4.5-star rating on Trustpilot, but I can't verify that on Trustpilot's own site. They claim to be based in Covent Garden, London, but the contact number is a French mobile.
I bought a pair of waterproof boots that were of poor quality and too small. When I contacted customer service for a replacement, I was told to send them back to China for a replacement upon receipt. Their returns policy claims they provide a returns slip/post, but this is not the case. Do not use this site.
