The item was shipped without any packing, arriving broken, scratched, and dented. I was informed that I could not return the coffee maker, which was also missing the frother that I specifically wanted. The customer service experience was the worst I've ever encountered—rude, unhelpful, and only available through email. They refused to provide a phone number for support. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this company. If it were possible to give a negative rating, I would.
I bought a swing from this platform, and it arrived in a box where the parts were carelessly tossed inside, risking damage. It was labeled as 'gently used,' which was misleading. I received an item with significant scratches and deep marks on the metal. Additionally, it was missing screws necessary for assembly, forcing me to purchase replacements. The power cable was also damaged and non-functional, requiring me to buy a new one. None of these issues were disclosed in the description. As I am 38 weeks pregnant, I opted to buy the missing and broken parts to prepare for the baby's arrival, as returning the item in its damaged box seemed less feasible. The platform claims to inspect items for damage and functionality, but I doubt this is true. It feels like the condition of the item you receive is purely based on luck. I won't be shopping here again, and I hope sharing my experience helps another parent avoid similar frustrations.
Kidsy had a great selection of deeply discounted baby gates. Unfortunately, there was a piece missing when I received my package. I didn't realize it until after the 14 day return/exchange window. But I reached out, and they were willing to send me the piece anyway at no extra charge. I really appreciated the customer service
I appreciated the detailed description, I knew I was getting a floor model and it came in perfect shape at a much reduced cost.. When I thought the cupholders weren't included, I reached out to them and then we found them and they were very responsive and thankful that I let them know. Everything is fine.
I never received my car seat. Have tried to call the company with no answer. Buyer beware. The package is currently undergoing an investigation with UPS hoping to locate it, but Kidsy has been zero help in this matter. Buy the shipping protection if you want any help from them.
