Review Time
I placed an order for multiple products from Here We Flow on the 23rd January. I emailed to ask when they would be delivered last week and they asked me to wait until early this week before contacting them (I had to email twice to get a response).
I emailed again to say they had not been delivered but they have not replied.
I will be calling my bank in the morning to get my money back.
Its a shame but they are not worth the hassle

The product itself is pretty good and I really like the minimal plastic. I like the fact there are no chemicals either. The main problem is the website. It’s not easy ATALL to navigate your account to find and edit subscriptions and it’s confusing once you do eventually find it. It’s a shame because I love the product & the company but the website lets it down. And seeing Hello Gorgeous each time does grate a bit after a while 😬
So the pads are super comfortable and so much nicer than the ordinary pads that you buy from the shop, they don't make me feel itchy or sweaty but I've knocked 1 star off for the fact I feel they need more sticky stuff on the pads and wings, they bunch up quite easily and I get worried about it leaking because it's moved and I've also knocked another star off because you don't get a choice of a single size tampon. They only come in tubs of 2 sizes which doesn't work for me. My flow is never particularly heavy so I don't need super tampons, I only need regular but you can't buy 1 size on its own so I have to buy a tub with super tampons in it when I'm not going to use them so it's a waste. Otherwise they are good and cheaper than others that are similar but I won't be buying the tampons again unless they start selling them in single size tubs.
Great product but don't buy online there website had problem was made to feel it was my error , ended up not sending product back , for ten proud a pair you would think that sending 3 pairs in the right size as a good will gesture might have been easy and not break the bank customer service Great if you send the itemback by two weeks I'll buy from a store this time .....great product poor customer care ...passed them on to a friend as they are amazing I must highlight it's not how everyone should run a business, however there website was having problems but this was not advertised untill I contacted them , many Blessings x
I placed an order and it arrived quickly and in great condition. There were a pair where the sizing had been different to the other pairs and I asked how I could exchange them. They offered me a refund or replacement but as the sizing was spectacular in the other styles I went with a replacement. I asked how I could return the unworn pair (I had two in this style so I had only asked to exchange the unworn pair of course) and Ash came back to say that I didn't need to return them that a replacement in my chosen style has been sent out to me. All within 12 hours of my initial email. Really impressed by the speed of resolution. Thanks Ash!
