I ordered three items, but after completing my payment, I was unexpectedly signed up for a subscription and charged for six additional pairs of shapewear along with some dubious weight loss patches. I did not receive a confirmation email for this order. When I attempted to cancel the second order, my request was ignored. Although I was able to cancel the subscription, I still ended up with nine pairs of shapewear that were too large and of very poor quality. After some effort, I found an address to return them. After three and a half months and numerous emails, they claimed I had sent the parcel to the wrong address. Fortunately, I used a payment service that helped me recover some of my funds, but they are currently looking into the second incident. I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller; I regret falling for the misleading reviews online.
