This company went beyond my expectations honestly. I talked to Steve over the phone for the canon sx 740 hs. I informed him of how i wanted to order this camera for my birthday (I called and ordered 4 days before) and they got it to me the night before. They were extremely helpful and happy to help me. The camera itself is a beauty; its in amazing condition.

I’m out of $3,500. Don’t be the next one.Within receiving the camera, it started shutting off on its own. About a month or two later, the camera completely died. That’s when I was told it was actually the wrong model, which meant I could not send it to the U.S. service center for repair.The screenshots show the model that was represented to me versus what was actually provided.Instead of resolving the issue with a refund or proper replacement, the company kept the camera for a long time and dragged this into court. There was also ongoing confusion about who actually owns or operates the business, which made getting a straight answer extremely difficult.I tried to handle this professionally and privately before posting publicly. I’m sharing this so others can protect themselves — verify all equipment details in writing and be very cautious about leaving your gear or money with this business.
I was in sales and customer service my entire working career and after I retired I thought great customer service was a thing of the past but Kevin and Steve are some of the best and most knowledgeable people I have talked to they are truly interested in helping you any way they can. Give them a try and I guarantee you won't be disappointed
Great support. Bought a camera via eBay and had a problem with it. Ended up driving to the store since it wasn’t too far. What a service. Steven helped me out and made Ute that I had a working camera for an upcoming trip and a warranty which will cover me now for 5 years. Customer service is excellent. I’ve been messing around with photography more recently and the camera I was using had an issue that needed repair. Everyone there is great, Steve was the guy that helped me get my camera fixed. He was really helpful and took care of me every step of the way to make sure I had a great working camera. Not only that, they have an awesome inventory of both vintage and modern equipment.
I recently purchased a camera lens from Deals All Year. This particular lens is on backorder from every vendor including the manufacturer Nikon. However, they are available in the gray market. Generally purchasing gray market isn't a good idea, but it depends on the product. I spoke with Steven, whom if you have read any reviews about Deal All Years, is highly touted. Steven allayed my fears of purchasing a gray market lens. First, the lens is made at the same factory and to the same specs. as the others, only intended for a market other than the US. So, does it come with a Nikon warranty, no, does it come in a pretty black Nikon Z lens box, no, but it does come nicely boxed just as it would from Nikon. Nikon only offers a one year warranty. Deals All Day does too, but they sell a 5 year warranty for $299, Steven sold it to me for $149 and assured me that while Nikon won't repair the lens for me they do all of the repair work for Deals All Day. So do your own diligence but I highly recommend Deals All Day.
Do not order I repeat do not order online from here, I purchased a rf 85 1.2 online using affirm monthly installments. They shipped the package and then delivered it back to the original place from where it shipped. Affirm gladly solved the problem and did not hold me accountable. Do NOT pay in full money if you purchase online you will get scammed I never got the package.
