Review Time
Received the product and although the curling brush attachment seemed to work ok (not great), the quality of the attachments is far from good. I ordered the pink and grey and the material and colour of the attachments are completely different than the base. The base is a nice silvery pink and solid but the attachments are super plastic and flimsy and the pink is more of a deep berry pink and again, very plastic. It looks cheap. It feels like if I banged it on the counter it would bust into pieces. I reached out to customer service Oct 9 and they responded right away saying they are forwarding the email to their team and will get back to me. I contacted them again a week later asking what's up and the next day they said it is currently being assessed and they have sent an urgent follow up. A week later i heard nothing so i emailed again. 4 days later i emailed again. Then finally on Oct 26 they said, "We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and for the delay as our team was reviewing this. We’re truly sorry about the discoloration please know that it was not intentional. Rest assured, the item is still in good condition and maintains the same quality. We deeply appreciate your understanding and patience." I emailed back saying when I purchase something I expect quality and this isn't quality regardless of it being intentional or not. I said I wanted a refund and I have not heard back.
It was quick and easy to order I used the 10% off code and my friend got hers within 2 weeks of order she said she loves it and uses it everyday and hasn't used her older blow dryer ever since , so i bought my mother one for her birthday she just got hers and couldn't be happier and she is 80 years old.
Just got it, took some time to get the hang of. Curled my hair in 7 minutes! Amazing, however, my hair is very thin so they didn’t hold all day - will keep trying though. Easy enough for me to use and I can use in my child’s hair without it burning her head, big win!
The curling portion of the product does not work. The brush gets very hot and could be dangerous. They were quick to respond but basically said that they don't return products that have been used. How do you know if it works if you don't try it???? They told me if I send it back to China, they would give me a credit for another product. What a scam!!!!! I usually check scams before I purchase items and that was my fault. Don't get scammed!!!!!!!
