So far, so good. I haven't tried all the attachments yet, but the ones I have used seem to work well. The only downside is that the marketing is misleading; this is a product from another country.

Shipping took forever, happy with product

Shipping took forever and your tracking info isn’t on each email so you have to go back to find it each time they send you an “update”.The curler works really well if you use a small amount of hair, the blow dryer isn’t as awesome as my Leifen but still great for volume. I will not be returning unless it breaks in the next couple months.

Gift box description misleading

I was looking forward to ordering the leather case and thought the gift box was a surprise extra but was very disappointed when I received a rubbing. I feel there needs to be a butter description on this item.

I don’t like that they removed the original packaging

I don’t like that they removed the curler from the original box and put it in the case I purchased. This is a Christmas gift. The curler doesn’t even fit in the case . I contacted customer service who said to save packing etc it was removed from original box. I paid for that delivery and service and because it’s been delivered they won’t send me the box with instructions and warranty. I have never had this service before. My gift now looks like a second hand item. Not pleased at all.
