I ordered this item because it says Hey Curls Toronto. 1 week later and I’m just getting notification that it’s just leaving China. I paid $20 to receive it next day. Umm lies. When ordering it asks if you want to be a vip for free, so I clicked on it, and after check out, it charged 7.99 for vip. I haven’t even got the product and I don’t even want it anymore. Save your money.

The wand and styler is great

The wand and styler is great, dried and styled my hair really well. I also ordered the leather box which holds it, it came damaged but I have only just told them and am still waiting to see if it can be replaced as it doesn’t close properly.

I can’t believe how well it works!

I’ll be honest I was hesitant when buying this because I didn’t know if it was legit or not because of the price etc. I’m so happy to report it’s real and I used it yesterday and absolutely LOVE it! I used it before going to a country concert where it was 32 outside and gross humidity and my hair held up quite amazing. We are now buying one of my mom, sister in law and cousin.

Disappointed

First, no one says how noisy the tool is. It's supposed to work on any length hair and does not. The curling attachments take alot to grab the hair. Oh and 60 days guarantee? Nope. They won't take it back.

Terrible product

Terrible product. They wouldn’t return either once it’s been used. Cheap parts low quality, curls don’t hold, won’t return. Don’t waste your money.

Total scam

Total scam. This company manufactures and delivers from China. Will not refund as they state on their website and it's been over 5 days waiting on them to simply send the instructions to return a purchase. Waste of time and money
