Expensive yet faulty, again!

This is the second pair of shoes that quickly developed issues (white spots) after minimal wear. I thought the first pair was just dirty, so I bought another pair, but this one faced the same problem within just two days! I've come to realize that the first pair was also defective. These shoes are pricey and clearly not worth it, given their poor quality.

No effort to resolve issues or retain customers

I wish I could give them zero stars! The service is appalling. I received a $50 e-card voucher for my birthday and attempted to order three pairs of shoes totaling $160, expecting to use the voucher for the balance. The system wouldn’t accept it. After 22 emails, I requested a refund because there seemed to be no resolution in sight. The customer service supervisor didn’t even reach out. I'm relieved to be finished with this company and will shop elsewhere.

Wrong size order issue
