I’ve used several donor CRM platforms, and Donately’s seamless website integration makes it easy to receive payments and automatically record them in a searchable database. As a new general manager at a nonprofit, I especially appreciated how intuitive the system was to learn. While it can take some effort to track donations from multiple sources, overall I’m grateful for Donately and excited to keep exploring how it can help us better engage our donors.
We were in search of an affordable donation platform for our small nonprofit that also offered useful features. This service has met our needs for ten years. We utilize it for our regular donation site as well as for special campaigns with customizable forms. It simplifies the process for donors regarding their payment information and other details, and tracking recurring donations and failed payments is straightforward. We integrate it with another service for email thank you flows to both new and returning donors—though sometimes we notice glitches, which appear to be related to that service. For fundraising events, we do need to use a different platform for ticket sales; that's the only enhancement I would recommend.
