Very poor experience with Heymondo

Very poor experience with Heymondo. When I actually needed assistance, the support was slow, unresponsive, and not helpful. The whole process felt unnecessarily complicated and far from the reliability you expect from a travel insurance company. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.
