cheap, but honestly worth nothing - 0/10

I chose HeyMondo insurance because it was recommended by many travel content creators — and others as well — so I trusted these people who travel a lot, often for work.However, I find their refund and coverage policy quite peculiar, if not ridiculous. I’ll mention my personal case: during five weeks abroad, I had four separate incidents requiring four different claims (true, I was unlucky), and only two of them were covered — with a €75 deductible applied to each.But what I really want to highlight is my need to interrupt my trip due to serious medical reasons, for which the refund amounted to zero, simply because I arranged everything on my own without involving their so-called “organizational structures.”Because, of course, when someone is forced to return home early for urgent medical reasons - since healthcare in Indonesia is private and expensive, instead of being allowed to act quickly and handle things independently, they should apparently prolong their distress and wait for the 'competent authorities'.Tell me I’m wrong (:
