Login after buying the insurance didn't work at all. The day after I have been called by the customere care team. They have been extremely nice, professional and helpful. So thank to them. But still, I was happy for the people, but disappointed by the website. Also, the many emails asking for a review are not something I really appreciate.

First: I’m not insured with Heymondo.it, and don’t think I will be: their premiums look too competitive to be true.An insurance company value is best tested when you undergo an accident and require its insurance services, not simply when subscription is easy, or smooth, or because the company representatives are courteous (which should be an obvious standard and should be not worth mentioning as a plus).I am very surprises that trustpilot allows so many useless reviews from people who have not needed to use the insurance services, thus falsely raising the company rating.I like to point out two procedural details only mentioned way down the “informative document on the policy” (page 40 of 46), 1) that the insured customer must show the hospital the “Authorization for Health Status Notification”, duly signed, and 2) that the doctor will have to be put through by international phone call to an Italian call center to provide the medical details about the insured patient (it is the note at the bottom of that authorization:“NOTE TO ATTENDING DOCTORIn the event of admission to an emergency room, inpatient treatment or serious medical condition of the Insured, the Emergency Call Center (+39.02.30.30.00.05) must be advised immediately and full medical details must be provided. Failure to do so might put the coverage of medical costs by ERGO Assicurazione Viaggi at risk.”I hope that the emergency call center is run by people fluently speaking a major foreign language, (English, Spanish, French,..) because, if at the desk they only speak Italian, this insurance becomes a joke.
