Good and easy

Easy to purchase, easy to have on your phone for access when traveling. Thankfully I didn’t have to use it on my trip but that means that i can’t comment on how it works if you were to need help in your trip.

Quick and reliable support when I really needed it

I had to contact Heymondo’s customer support while traveling in Colombia after being bitten by a dog. The response through the app was immediate, and the instructions I received were clear and timely — even though I was in an area with very few medical facilities.In the end, I didn’t proceed with a reimbursement request because the dog’s owner covered the expenses, but in the panic of the moment their support was truly helpful. It gives me confidence that they would handle a real claim just as efficiently.
