Hey piggy is the absolute worst app and they straight up steal from you and their customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen. I highly recommend never using this app because there is several apps that actually pay you and are honest but not hey piggy!!! I did a survey that was over 30 minutes and they recorded and submitted my answers and I took a picture to prove it and of course I did not get paid . I contacted support and they said I could get 20% on my next 2 surveys which is basically 4 cents when they were supposed to give me $1.95. What a huge difference and mind you they still got paid even though I didn’t . RUN RUN RUN away from HEY PIGGY as fast as you can because they could care less about ever doing the right thing. Ive reported them to the BBB as well.

Did a load of surveys and have credit in my account and now I am close to my £5 reward, they have blocked my account from going further and cashing out. They have stolen my answers and money!!! I've contacted support but it is all AI bots and you get nowhere. It's all a fixed scam. The 5* reviews you see are all AI generated (if you notice, they are all new reviewers)

I truly appreciate the opportunity to express my genuine thoughts on various economic matters and general subjects. I ended up wasting my time. Two of my $5 withdrawals from the service encountered errors after I requested the ACH transfer to my bank, indicating "We can't find your reward." After reaching out to the support team, I received no solutions. I'm still hoping for a refund or a replacement, but I haven't heard back from the company. It's quite disappointing.

Terrible experience. I completed over 20 surveys today but was only compensated for 2, despite having met all requirements for each. I advise staying away from this platform. Their customer service is the worst I've encountered; all inquiries receive the same automated reply, and there's no follow-up on requests. They are highly unprofessional and exemplify many issues in today's world.
