Review Time
This is my third review regarding Order ID 166170 (30 Jan 2026). Its almost a month, it remains unresolved — witness what they call priority (FAKE) DON'T FALL FOR THEIR REPLIES.
BEWARE! DO NOT BUY.
I received a broken and poor-condition PSP console, as mentioned in my first review. After public replies and false assurances in my second review, the company finally acknowledged my refund on 22 Feb 2026, clearly stating it would be processed within 24 working hours.
The refund has still not been initiated.
No transaction details. No proper response. Instead, new excuses and unnecessary delays. This is what they call “priority.”
Public responses may look responsible, but the actual follow-through is zero. It has been nearly a month since I placed the order, and I am still chasing my own hard-earned money.

I’m extremely disappointed with this experience.
Before placing my order for Horizon Forbidden West (Order #167719), I confirmed the product’s availability with their team on WhatsApp. Only after they assured me it was in stock did I place the order and even paid extra for rush shipping because I was excited to play the game quickly.
After taking the payment, I was informed that the product was actually out of stock and that a refund would be initiated. This raises a very simple question: if the item was not available, why was the order accepted and why was I told it was in stock in the first place?
It has now been five days of constant follow-ups through calls, emails, and messages, and I still have no official confirmation of the refund. Every time I call, I’m told the refund will be processed, but there is no written confirmation, no timeline, and now they have stopped responding.
What should have been an exciting purchase has turned into a frustrating experience. Instead of enjoying a new game, I’ve been stuck chasing my own money.
The lack of communication and clarity is very concerning, and I am still waiting for a proper refund confirmation.
I ordered a gaming device and received it even before the expected date. I am extremely pleased and would strongly recommend the service. I do wish their messaging support was quicker to respond; while they do reply, it can take some time, and I understand their reasons. Overall, I highly recommend it—definitely worth it!
