Absolutely terrible ordered 17th Nov still not arrived and don't answer emails I send. You tell me I must provide order number and details - I have done this on email 3 x. I will raise dispute with credit card company. You want to answer my review but not give me my money back!
Black Friday order is still not sent out, the estimated shipping time was 3 weeks and they didn’t even fulfill that goal. As compensation we’re getting 20% discount on the next order but I never want to order anything from this brand again. How can you sell products if they aren’t in yet. Call it a pre-order so people know what to expect from their order.
If it was possible to give no star rating I would. Terrible company to deal with, still awaiting an order from 27 Nov. Order no 87355. Got a few excuse emails about the delay, last one on 23/12/25 and since then nothing. I've reached out via email to their support, zero response, also zero from FB, Insta and Tik Tok. They haven't posted on any of their social media since Nov. Keep your money for a reputable brand. I'm down €136. Stay well away
